Therapeutic Modalities

Evidence-Based Techniques Tailored to Your Healing Journey:

01

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Offers a more structured and short-term therapeutic approach. With CBT, you discover the connections between recurring thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

02

Originally developed to treat borderline personality disorder. Since then, it has also proven effective for various other mental health challenges, such as coping with overwhelming moods related to trauma or the urge to self-harm.

03

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)

This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.

04

Trauma-focused care

Trauma-informed care is an approach to therapy and support that recognizes the widespread impact of trauma and prioritizes creating a safe, supportive environment for healing. It emphasizes understanding how trauma affects an individual’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while avoiding re-traumatization.
